Class will be held outside on our farm and in our open outdoor kitchen. Menu is subject to change due to market availability. Necessary precautions will be in place to ensure appropriate social distancing. Vaccinations are required for this event. Please indicate in the notes of your order if you have dietary restrictions and/or if you will be taking this class with a friend or family member who you can share a table with.
About the Instructor
Gracie Schatz owns and operates Heart of Willamette Cooking School. After working for 15 years in the food industry, moving from restaurants to farms, from San Francisco to Italy, she landed in Eugene, Oregon to teach and share her love and passion for food. Her mission is to inspire the community to connect to their food and to each other and to honor, celebrate and share culinary food traditions. Any cancellation up to two weeks prior to your event date will be refunded 100%. Cancellations up to 5 days before your event date will qualify for an online credit to be applied to another class, demo or product. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received less than 5 days before your event start date, however, you may always send a friend in your place if you’re unable to attend. If a class needs to be canceled due to a natural disaster, public health crisis, or other act of nature that will prevent the class from being safely completed, then the attendee that made the booking is eligible to collect a full refund or credit for a future class at Long Table Farm.
