Eat with the Seasons with Heart of Willamette (H.o.W.) Cooking School 9/5

September 5, 2021 4PM-6PM

This class is a part of a year-long series in partnership with the Lane County Farmers Market that showcases the seasonal bounty of the Willamette Valley. Students will cook alongside Chef Gracie Schatz to showcase peak summer ingredients: Salmon, peppers, tomatoes, melons, peaches and eggplant! We will utilize the wood-fired oven at Long Table Farm to make these ingredients shine. The menu will be developed as class gets closer and availability becomes more clear but we can guarantee you a hyper local, epically flavorful feast!

See below for more class information.
